Our Charter Management team has more than 15 years experience as Marketing Agents for private luxury yachts throughout the world.

In order for our Charter Management team to formulate a competitive charter rate for your yacht, we will need to as much information on your vessel and crew as possible. There are a variety of reasons why some yachts perform better than others, but the main reasons are crew, charter location, charter rate, availability and promotional materials. Therefore, hiring an established charter crew assisting in providing repeat charter business, an aggressive promotional plan, and a competitive rate, you have a better chance in obtaining your targeted number of charter weeks.

Services and Strategies:

• Once a yacht joins our Charter Management program, we develop a comprehensive listing of your yacht that will appear online and is updated on a regular basis making your vessel accessible to the international brokerage community. In addition, we work together to create a booking calendar for your yacht that is maintained regularly and is easily seen by brokers on several charter broker databases.

• Your yacht will be added to Peter Kehoe & Associates marketing materials. From print media to our Website, email blasts to brokers and prospective clients and direct email campaigns. The promotion of the vessel to marine and lifestyle publications worldwide, including efforts to obtain feature articles for your yacht and the destinations which she travels.

•Prior to booking your vessel our team answers questions from the charter agents/yacht brokers to encourage the promotion of your yacht for charter. We obtain vital information about the potential charter guest and their preferences and tentative itineraries, not to mention making sure the yacht is legal to charter in the requested destination and country.

•When a charter booking arises, we coordinate between the broker and yacht owners, and we prepare and review all contracts/agreements. We make sure that all details and special requests are included in the contracts/agreements to protect the yacht and the owner of the vessel. We work with the yacht's Captain and crew to create enticing itineraries in the chosen destination and to ensure that the level of service on board exceeds the guests expectations.

•We handle the collection and disbursement of funds in accordance with the charter agreements, as well as, the Owner’s operating policies.

•We encourage our Charter Fleet Yachts to participate in appropriate boat shows and Broker open houses, where we invite the world's most successful charter brokers on board. This gives them the opportunity to meet the crew and view your yacht so they will present your vessel to prospective charter clients.

Our Charter Marketing Division is available 24/7 to assist the Owner, Captains and yachts in our Central Agency Charter Fleet. We take pride in what we do!
